LEAD SERVICE ENGINEER (Arcade, NY)

Responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment, installation, repair, familiarization, application, and method development of various analytical instruments, including HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC, GC/MS, GC-MS/MS, QTOF, MALDI-TOF, TOC, and UV. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform quality assurance, and guide scientists on instrument operation in a science-driven lab testing environment. Collaborate with application chemists and end-users to optimize methods, improve system performance, and overcome analytical challenges. Support the validation schedule by collaborating with engineering, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) teams on various activities. Lead service-related projects from pre-installation planning through post-installation support, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
