Standard Warranty (Included)
We Stand Behind Our Work: Length of your warranty is specified on your quote- 90 days or 1 year.
Extended Warranty (Option)
Coverage Beyond the Standard Warranty: 2 Year & Extended warranties are available on most instruments, although some exclusions apply.
In-House Repair Warranty
Send Your Instrument to Us: This is meant for equipment that travels well, is easy to pack and ship to GenTech such as GCs, MSDs, Autosamplers, HPLCs, etc. We cover the cost of labor and parts, while the customer is responsible for shipping of the equipment to and from GenTech. This warranty is available to domestic and foreign customers. Re-installation of system, if requested, is an additional charge.
Labor and Travel Warranty
We Come to You: GenTech covers the cost of labor and travel to repair the affected instrument. The customer is responsible for purchasing all parts necessary for repair of the instrument.
Stocked Parts: GenTech will cover the parts (and shipping of the parts) necessary to repair the customer's instrument. All unused and/or broken parts must be returned to GenTech.
Note: GenTech does not cover consumables under any of our warranties
Our warranty policies are designed to keep your instrument in working order. GenTech will get you started in the right direction by correctly installing the instrument. The maintenance standards for the instrument will be outlined and all questions will be fully explained. Life-Time Phone Support is standard with every purchase and is always available regardless of the warranty status.
