Mid Infrared Polystyrene TRM for ATR Accessories




The kit comes with a polystyrene NIST Traceable Reference Material (TRM) that is mounted in a holder specially designed for use with the ATR accessory for abscissa calibration. The material is valid for a period of 18 months from the date shown on the calibration certificate, or sooner if specified by the user’s own protocols. It is intended for use with single bounce ATR accessories where the active crystal area can be completely covered by the test sample surface.

The TRM is traceable to a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standard Reference Material (SRM 1921b), obtained from NIST, Gaithersburg, Maryland, MD20899, USA. The traceability path is highlighted on the TRM certificate provided with the sample.
