The American Society for Mass Spectrometry (ASMS) will hold its 70th Annual Conference this year in Minneapolis, at the city’s beautiful Conference Center. The Society was formed in 1969, and according to its website, current membership includes more than 8,500 scientists. The Society’s Annual Conference typically offers 3,000 papers presented as posters and talks, and is attended by more than 6,500 scientists. As is customary, the conference will offer a schedule of one or two-day short courses on June 4th and 5th, immediately preceding the conference.
ASMS has always been an important conference for GenTech, and until the pandemic, we’d attended for many consecutive years. Now, after two years of pandemic concerns, all of us at GenTech are excited to once again attend and exhibit at the 2022 ASMS Conference! (Please take note though, that the Society has a Health & Safety Plan in place, including a vaccination requirement.)
