The Agilent 1260 Infinity Flex LC offers the most versatility for solvent selection and automation in HPLC method development, research, and all HPLC applications requiring continuous access to a wide range of solvent choices.
We are offering a highly desirable, fully refurbished Agilent Infinity stack available at a significant discount. It includes a 1290 Infinity II Flexible Pump, a wide-range diode array detector (DAD), a 1260 vialsampler, and a multicolumn thermostat (MCT).
This stack runs routine analytical HPLC and UHPLC methods that use quaternary gradients and includes the flexibility to run sub-2-micron columns at higher pressure. The DAD reads across the UV-visible range for peak identification and purity confirmation. The MCT holds up to four columns under precise temperature control, which makes method switching easier. The vialsampler handles routine autosampling with low carryover.
We only have one instrument available for this price. This Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC with Binary & DAD comes expertly refurbished from GenTech Scientific.
DAD Features:
The Agilent 1260 Infinity Diode Array Detector (DAD) features a completely new optical design based on the Agilent Max-Light cartridge cell with optofluidic waveguides. With typical detector noise levels of <± 0.6 µAU/cm the revolutionary 6 cm flow cell gives up to 10 times higher sensitivity than the Agilent 1200 Series DAD and VWD detectors.
What Agilent says about this platform
Agilent markets the 1260 Infinity II as a versatile system for most analytical HPLC applications with entry-level UHPLC capabilities. The pump in this stack includes Agilent’s Intelligent System Emulation Technology (ISET). Labs can use this technology to program the system to reproduce the gradient behavior of other HPLCs that they are already using; this means that the system will produce the same retention times and peaks with existing methods and that labs (especially regulated ones) can move or replicate methods without necessitating a full validation.
