GenTech’s training and familiarization is available for instruments from most major manufacturers (such as Agilent, Sciex, Shimadzu, Thermo and Waters), for all types of systems, including GC, GC/MS, LC/MS, HPLC and ICP.
GenTech Scientific’s training is provided by skilled field service engineers with expertise that spans a variety of industries – environmental, toxicology, cannabis, pharmaceuticals and more. Our analytical instrument training and familiarization covers instrument operation, calibration, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and more, with topics customized to the instrument and the customer’s needs.
Training can be performed at our site or yours. For example, next week, we have customers arriving from Puerto Rico for training on Agilent instruments including 1260 and 1290 LC systems, 6890 and 7890 GCs, 7697A Headspace sampler; along with a Waters 2695 HPLC system. One of the last trainings we conducted at the customer’s site was for an ICP/MS system, during which our chemist was able to demonstrate a run of their method.
