A refurbished Agilent 1100 ALS, an autosampler. It draws a precise volume and injects it onto the column. It runs unattended sequences.
Every unit moves through the GenTech Certified process. What Agilent says about this module
Agilent built the 1100 ALS to inject 0.1 to 100 microliters in 0.1-microliter increments, adaptable to 1,500 microliters for microbore-to-semipreparative work. A 300-microliter internal volume keeps the sampler’s own contribution to total system volume low. The tray holds 100 2-mL vials standard, or a half tray holds 40 2-mL or 15 6-mL vials. Overlapped injections cut the cycle between samples to about 50 seconds. Carryover stays under 0.01 to 0.05 percent depending on the method. The sampler handles viscosities from 0.2 to 50 centipoise and supports 1 to 99 replicate injections per vial. Early Maintenance Feedback keeps an electronic record of maintenance and errors. Built-in leak detection shuts the system down safely if a seal fails.

What “GenTech Certified” means
Refurbishment at GenTech is a defined process, not a wipe-down. Every system moves through the same five stages.
1. Disassembly and rebuild. Solution Scientists strip the instrument down, clean each module inside and out, and rebuild it from the frame up. They replace pump seals, pistons, and check valves to specification.
2. Configuration and new parts. Solution Scientists install the options and modules you selected and fit new wear parts throughout. They replace the detector lamp with a new one and reset the lamp hours.
3. Diagnostic and performance testing. Solution Scientists tune and calibrate the instrument, run system diagnostics, and confirm detector wavelength accuracy. They test full-system pressure and gradient performance against OEM and published benchmarks using known reference chemicals.
4. Data package you approve before shipment. The verification data goes to you for approval before the system leaves the bench. You see exactly how the instrument performs before it ships.
5. Delivery and installation. The instrument ships in protective packing with a one-year warranty option and professional installation available from a GenTech Solution Scientist.
