At GenTech, we love our customers! And we love learning more about the impressive work our customers across the globe are performing.
Last year we began a “Customer of the Month” initiative – monthly campaigns to put a spotlight on one customer each month. We featured so many great companies: Clean Harbors, University at Buffalo, Mentholatum, 9 Delta, KCA Labs and CJB Industries. It’s long been our mission to support our customers with the quality instruments and expert service needed to keep their labs running smoothly, and it’s been our pleasure to give them a small salute each month in recognition of the important work they’re doing.
As we continue our monthly salutes to our customers this year, we’ve upped our game a bit. This year we have enlisted a local young entrepreneur to create hand-crafted wooden plaques commemorating each 2022 Customer of the Month.
So far, we have given plaques to our January and February Customer of the Month awardees.
